SHIPPING

  • Unframed prints typically ship within 1-2 weeks.

  • Framed prints typically ship within 3-5 weeks.

  • Please note that both framed and unframed artwork requires special handling and packaging to maintain the integrity of the piece, and to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • All shipping charges include handling, packaging, transportation of items, plus additional delivery charges for large or bulky items, and/or delivery to remote locations. 

  • All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are outside of the U.S. and would like to make a purchase, please contact info@brookewilen.com to place an order. Please make sure to provide your shipping address, as well as which piece you would like to order, along with size and framing preference, so that we can get you the exact shipping cost for your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ARTWORK RETURN POLICY:

All artwork is returnable within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Funds will be credited in the form of a store credit minus any restocking or return shipping fees. All products must be returned undamaged & in original packaging.

  • Return process must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting info@brookewilen.com. Return requests received outside the stated return period will not be accepted.

  • You will receive an RA number, and return address. The RA number must be written on the outside of the package.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be received within 20 days of initiating the return.

  • Framed & unframed prints must be returned undamaged & in original packaging and with the accompanying certificate of authenticity.

  • 20% restocking fee applies to all returned framed and unframed photography.
     

GIFT CARDS:

​All gift card sales are final.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:

All digital downloads are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

"TALK TO BROOKE" SESSIONS:

No refunds are available. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before to your scheduled session.
